Treatments are scheduled by appointment between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that each therapist has a different schedule so hours of availabilty for a particular provider will be different.
Parking is conveniently located around the building.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Cancellations will always try to be rescheduled.
If a patient simply fails to show for a scheduled appointment or cancels without enought warning for usto fill their appointment time, they will be charged a $25 fee and if a patient misses 3 appointments, we reserve the right not to hold any of their future scheduled appointments.
An evaluation will be offered within 2 business days of initial contact. Initial sessions are scheduled for 1 hour whenever possible and will include an evaluation of your problem as well as initial treatment to begin recovery. Follow up sessions are usually less time and vary between 30 and 45 minutes. Your Therapist will discuss the frequency of visits and, with your input, develop a treatment plan to address your goals.
