Didi joined Physical Therapy Services of Brattleboro in November, 2001 as our Patient
Accounts Manager.
Didi has a variety of duties including sending out claims, posting payments, researching insurance claims for re-billing, doing collections and helping market our services to our community.
She oversees the claims process with insurance carriers and works with our clients if they should happen to encounter any problems.
She works diligently to ensure that the collections process is a last resort and is always available to help clients get their claims paid.
