We are a small, 100% privately owned practice with a passion for manual therapies combined with exercise prescription. 
We primarily deal with orthopedic problems but not necessarily exclusively.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 5/1/24

In addition to our regular cleaning of our building & treatment areas, all of the air that circulates through our building is treated by an ionization system (https://www.nucalgon.com/media/6645/20-s151_iwavepathogen-092020.pdf) that helps kill viruses and bacteria. Over and above that, the air in our waiting/reception area as well all treatment rooms we utilize daily are now also treated with UV-C (ultraviolet C) light (https://www.mrsa-uv.com/ems-uv.html). Lastly, we also purchased two portable UV-C Room Sanitizers (https://www.mrsa-uv.com/vortex-uv.html) to further help keep us all safe. 

We have had our COVID-19 vaccinations so that we can continue to safely offer our services.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please take a home test and cancel if you test positive. 

Masks are now optional in our facility. If you'd like your provider to wear a mask during treatment, just let us know and we'd be happy to!

If you have any of the following symptoms please call to cancel - you will not be penalized for cancelling: Any nausea, vomiting or diarrhea in last 24 hours, A temperature over 100F, Cough, New onset of shortness of breath, New onset of loss of taste or smell, Malaise, Chills, Shaking with chills, Headache, Muscle Pain, Sore throat, Have been in close contact with someone who is suspected to have, or was diagnosed with, COVID-19.

Monday:  8AM to 5PM
Tuesday:  8AM to 7PM
Wednesday : 7:30 AM to 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM to 7 PM
Fridays: 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM
SELF-PAY / WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?
​ If you are Self-Pay because you opt not to use your insurance due to a high deductible, if we don't accept your insurance or you do not have insurance you do not need a referral to be seen. 
We charge $140 for an Initial Evaluation as it will be scheduled for a full hour. 
Follow up visits are generally half hour visits at a rate of $35/15 minute unit so they are typically $70.
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
